Who is Robin Hood Beard Company?
We’re a Robin Hood inspired beard care brand based in Nottingham, founded by David Sharpe in July 2016, we manufacture handmade beard oils, texture balms, multi balms, moustache wax, apparel and grooming accessories.
When’s the right time to start using beard care products?
We’d recommend starting using beard care products after about a month of first growth, by that time your beard hair is becoming more established and begun to entwine. The longer your beard gets the more exposed to the environment it is.
Why Robin Hood Beard Company?
We’ve seen lots of beard care brands out there doing their thing, what makes us different is we base all our products on the Robin Hood era, from scent to the simplicity of how we make our products. Many beard care brands over complicate their products ingredient wise, we pride our self on sticking to reliable, stable and minimal ingredients to make them as beard pleasing as possible.
What ingredients does Robin Hood Beard Company use?
We use Coconut Oil and Safflower Oil as our primary base, Vitamin E Oil, Essential Oils and occasional Fragrance Oils depending on product to elevate the scent.
Texture Balms include added Beeswax and Shea Butter, our new range Multi Balms include Petroleum Jelly in favour of Shea Butter for a smoother application and our new Stache Wax added Gum Arabic powder a sterner harder texture.
Have Robin Hood Beard Company products been tested?
YES they have. Customer safety is important to us, that's why we've ensured all our products have been subjected to a passed CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report) - If you require proof before purchase, contact us and we'll be happy to send it over.
How do we make Robin Hood Beard Company Products?
We use a controlled environment to make all our beard care products, all our appliances and tools are washed thoroughly by hand in between each batch to ensure product quality and keep anything that shouldn’t be there – out! Everything’s batched in a designated area away from substances that might hinder the products quality or effect the way it’s made.
How long do our beard care products last for?
Beard Oils typically have a best before expectancy for up to 1 and a half years before opening, Texture Balms, Multi Balms and Stache Wax also have a best before expectancy for up 1 and a half years before opening, although depending on storage they could last much longer.
Where in the UK do we ship to?
We have the ability to ship anywhere within the UK, including Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Do you ship to other countries?
Absolutely - We also ship to Republic Of Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark and Norway. We have also just introduced shipping to the USA and Canada!
I’ve just brought some Robin Hood Beard Company products and there not right for me, can I get a refund?
Absolutely. We offer a 14 day refund policy upon delivery of your products, if you decide you don’t like them, contact us and we’ll sort your refund and return out.
How long does delivery usually take?
For UK 1st class shipping - Usually 1 to 2 working days. For UK 2nd class shipping - Usually 3 to 5 working days. Although we can control when it gets dispatched, we cannot control what happens in the couriers hands...
For International shipping - Anything from 3 to 14 working days, although this is dependant on which country you live in and the shipping service you choose.
Do you have a retail shop?
We don’t occupy a retail shop right now. Our store is primarily based online.

Is my Credit/Debit Card payments secure?
Absolutely. We have the facility of Stripe Payments for Debit/Credit Card transactions and Paypal. Both are 100% secure to keep your payment details safe.
How is my order packed?
Your order is wrapped in bubble wrap, then kraft paper, packed up tight in an Arefol bubble lined bag to keep unwanted air out. If your order is larger than usual then we use a small box to put your products in and extra padding.
My order has not been delivered or it’s been lost, what do I do?
Check you’re tracking details (If applicable). If you can’t locate your package then contact us immediately and we’ll find out for you. If your order has been lost then we’ll send you a new one straight out without hesitation.
How do we store our products?
We store all our newly batched products in a secure facility away from sunlight or other materials to ensure product quality, preserve expiration time and preserve potency.
