Delivery

Payments for products are taken immediately upon purchase using your chosen payment method either Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. We aim to dispatch your item/s within 2 working days of purchase to the designated shipping address provided. Please ensure delivery information is correct, such as address, name and delivery notes (Example - 'Please leave in front porch')

Items being delivered to the U.K will be done so using Royal Mail.

Our Royal Mail delivery options are : 

First Class - Not Signed Or Tracked - 24 Hours - Next Available Working Day - £3.35

First Class - Tracked And Signed For - 24 Hours - Next Available Working Day - £4.35

Second Class - Not Signed or Tracked- 48 Hours - Upto 2 Working Days - £2.82

Second Class - Tracked And Signed For - Upto 2 Working Days - £3.82

Please note that any orders made after 9:15pm may not apply for 24 hour delivery and orders made after 9:15pm on Friday may not be dispatched until the following working day being Monday due to working sending hours.

You will be responsible for paying your own delivery costs unless any offers/discounts are applied by us throughout any such sales or promotions. Shipping costs are none refundable unless applicable in the circumstance of a refund/return. 

We are currently in the process of providing delivery options internationally such as Europe, US and Canada - These will be updated soon. 

 

Returns Policy

Robin Hood Beard Company LTD offers a refund/exchange policy of 7 days of receipt of delivery of the goods, all refund enquiries must be be sent via our customer service email below up to 7 days of delivery of the goods.

We aim to be in contact with you within 24 hours to resolve the return/refund enquiry. Goods are only applicable for a refund if:

  • You've changed your mind about your goods or ;
  • There is a general issue with the goods or ;
  • If the wrong goods were delivered to you or ;
  • There is any faults with the goods

With any of the above applicable all goods MUST ;

  • Not have been tampered with in any way.
  • Are still with/in original packaging
  • Contents not used within 1/4 of the bottle

Under any circumstance any of the above is not proven applicable then a refund/exchange will NOT be given.

When any/all of the above is deemed applicable we will arrange for you to return the selected goods to us.

Please note that all refunds/exchanges sent back to Robin Hood Beard Company must contain order invoice/receipt of purchase to be valid.

All shipment charges for the returned goods will be charged by you to be returned to us, and then the shipment charge will be credited back to your refund at the appropriate standard shipping rate originally paid for by you in your initial purchase.

Upon receiving the returned goods we will inspect all to ensure the above returns policy is applicable and we will be in contact with you within 48 hours to discuss your refund. It is essential that all payment invoices/receipt of goods are returned with the goods as proof of original purchase. 

When the refund has been authorised we will refund the product amount to the original payment method provided by you whether Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. Please be aware that all refunds could take up to 7 working days to settle, we will inform you of when we have processed the refund.
